Outside of her clinic and studio…

Ashlee enjoys the outdoors and stays active through kayaking, bicycling, swimming, backpacking and camping with her dog Molly (who is a frequent visitor at the studio!).

Her favorite snack is anything healthy she can blend in her Vitamix.

I find joy in motivating others to get outside of their comfort zones to experience something new and improve their quality of life!
