The entirety of each visit is one-on-one with Ashlee Richardson, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Ashlee is a movement specialist with expertise in helping patients improve body awareness and mechanics. The clinic is located inside Pilates Center of Omaha; A well established, state of the art, fully equipped Pilates studio which has been voted First Place Best Pilates Studio of Omaha for the past 7 years. We specialize in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, women’s health, pre-postnatal conditions and chronic pain with Pilates based treatment along with variety of manual therapy techniques.
CoreWorks Physical Therapy is committed to helping you reach your goals. Each visit will be in a one-on-one setting for approximately 60-90 minutes with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We are dedicated to providing each patient with a customized experience to make a positive, long lasting effect on decreasing pain and improving daily function. Our holistic approach looks at the entire body to not only aid in healing current symptoms, but to give you the tools to prevent re-occurrence. We believe in a multidisciplinary approach and will work with your other Healthcare Providers, Pilates Instructors or Personal Trainers to provide the best possible treatment.
Nebraska is a direct access state and a physician's referral is not required to make an appointment. Please check with your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine if a referral is needed for reimbursement of services. More about our method of payment can be found HERE.
